We invite all interested participants to submit their abstracts for oral or poster presentations at the ICON MEGOPIC Conference 2025. Presentations may be done individually or as a group. If submitting as a group, only one member should submit the abstract and complete the registration. Please ensure all group members are listed in the submission email and registration form.

• The organizing committee will review the submission for relevance and quality
• One person per group is responsible for submission and registration
• You will receive notification of acceptance typically within one week

• Oral presentations will be accepted based on abstract review
• Instructions for slide preparation will be given after acceptance
• Each group or individual will be given 10 minutes
• 8 minutes for presentation
• 2 minutes for Q and A
• All group members are encouraged to take part during the session

• Posters must be submitted in digital format A1 size in portrait orientation
• Ensure poster content aligns with the abstract
• Bring a printed copy for display during Day 1 registration
• Presenters should be available at the designated display area during viewing times to engage with attendees and judges

• All abstracts must be submitted by July 31, 2025. Abstract submission extended until August 7.
